A three-storey building in Bhiwandi, adjacent to Thane, Maharashtra, has collapsed. Till now, the bodies of 10 people have been pulled out of the debris, while 20 people have also been safely rescued. Relief and rescue work is going on at the scene. It is being told that half of a house in Jilani Apartment, built in 1984, collapsed late at night. Jeevani Apartment was not in the list of dangerous buildings, if considered by Bhiwandi Nizampur Municipal Corporation.
महाराष्ट्र के ठाणे से सटे भिवंडी में तीन मंजिला इमारत गिर गई है. हादसे में अब तक 10 लोगों के शव मलबे से बाहर निकाले गए हैं,वहीं 20 लोगों का भी सुरक्षित रेस्क्यू किया गया है. घटनास्थल पर राहत और बचाव का काम जारी है. बताया जा रहा है कि कि साल 1984 में बने जिलानी अपार्टमेंट के एक घर का आधा हिस्सा देर रात ढह गया.भिवंडी निजामपुर नगरनिगम की माने तो जिलानी अपार्टमेंट, खतरनाक बिल्डिंग की लिस्ट में नहीं थी.
